Service Guidelines

To ensure safe and efficient pickup:

• All trash must be securely tied inside standard trash bags.

• Bags must not exceed a manageable household size and weight.

• Loose items will not be collected.

• Cardboard boxes must be flattened and neatly stacked.

• Hazardous materials, oversized items, furniture, construction debris, or loose waste will not be accepted.

For safety and liability reasons:

• Our team does not enter residences under any circumstances.

• Trash must be placed outside the door or handed directly to our staff.

• This service includes transport from your door to the property’s designated trash or dumpster area only.

• We do not provide off-site disposal or transport to external facilities.
