Service Guidelines
To ensure smooth processing:
All laundry must fit inside the designated 13 gallon standard bag.
Bags must close fully without overfilling.
Heavily soiled items, hazardous materials, or specialty garments (e.g., dry-clean only) are not accepted.
For safety and accountability:
Laundry must be handed directly to our team at pickup.
Clean laundry will be returned when the client is present for handoff.
We do not enter residences under any circumstances.
Turnaround time and availability may vary based on scheduling.
Doorstep Trash Services
Enjoy hands-free trash removal without the trip to the dumpster.
Our team collects securely bagged trash directly from your doorstep twice per week and transports it to your designated on-site trash or dumpster area.

Service Guidelines
To ensure safe and efficient pickup:
All trash must be securely tied inside standard trash bags.
Bags must not exceed a manageable household size and weight.
Loose items will not be collected.
Cardboard boxes must be flattened and neatly stacked.
Hazardous materials, oversized items, furniture, construction debris, or loose waste will not be accepted.
For safety and liability reasons:
Our team does not enter residences under any circumstances.
Trash must be placed outside the door or handed directly to our staff.
This service includes transport from your door to the property’s designated trash or dumpster area only.
We do not provide off-site disposal or transport to external facilities.
